E & L RV Storage Regulations
The security of your personal property is important to us. Please review the regulations to assist us.
- Once payment and all storage information has been received a gate code will be issued. [Ensure to add an asterisks (*) at the end of your code entry.]
- Your personal code will automatically expire if payment has not been received prior to the renewal date.
- Hours of operation:
a. Summer Hours: 6:00 am – 11:00 pm. (May 1st – Oct 31st)
b. Winter Hours: 7:00 am – 8:00 pm. (Nov 1st – April 30th) - Vehicle measurement is from hitch to bumper.
- To help maintain the integrity of the storage facility please limit accessing the storage lot during spring thaw or inclement weather.
- For security purposes if your storage items change (e.g., license plate number, trailer type) please notify us via email or text.
- Stored vehicles must have insurance that covers all types of loss.
- Pick up all wheel chocks or other items when storage items are removed to help us maintain the stall. No junk or garbage!
- No personal items can touch the ground. Vehicle wheels or jacks only.
- Ensure the gate is closed when entering and exiting the storage area. Let people use their own passcode to get in. It helps ensure a safer facility.
- Please report any security concerns or anything out of the ordinary.
- No refunds will be given for early departure.
